I can't make it! Can I request a refund?

Tickets are fully refundable with 24-hours notice. To receive a refund, email your request and order number to hello@eyeboretum.com.

Why are the tickets timed?

Tickets are timed to allow optimal space for everyone to enjoy. If you’re running a little late or a little early, don’t worry! Just arrive as close as possible to your timed ticket entry. Gates close one hour after the end time on your ticket.

Can I switch my ticket time?

If you'd like to exchange your ticket for another time, just email hello@eyeboretum.com 24 hours advance and we'll help!

Can I purchase a ticket anywhere else?

Beware counterfeit tickets. Official tickets are only sold via this website and are non-transferrable.

How long should I plan my visit?

Plan to spend 45 minutes to an hour during this outdoor, walk-through experience. That’ll leave you plenty of time to explore, take photos, and enjoy a cocktail or snack.

Do I need a ticket in advance?

This event is limited capacity and sold out.

Where should I park?

Downtown Dallas offers plenty of parking options, including metered street parking. If you'd prefer to park in a garage, Santander Tower Garage (1515 Elm Street) DalPark (1600 Commerce Street); SP+ Parking Garage (1408 Elm Street); and Elm Garage (1322 Elm Street) are nearby options.

What if my ticket is canceled because of the weather?

This is an outdoor event and we put guests' safety first. In the event of inclement weather or any other cancellation, you will be notified via the email you provided at checkout. We'll give you further instructions and an automatic full refund.

Can I bring a stroller?

Because of narrow walkways and uneven terrain, this is not an ideal outdoor experience for strollers. Strollers may be left in a designated area on the sidewalk in front of the event at your own risk. We are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss.

Are there restrooms onsite?

While there are no onsite restrooms, event attendees are welcome to use the facilities across the street at The Joule hotel, 1530 Main Street.

Is this event kid friendly?

The Eyeboretum is an all-ages event. Kids 12 and under are free with ticket and must be accompanied by a tickets adult. Only kids 12 and under will be admitted with a kid's ticket. No exceptions. Kids tickets are free thanks to our friends at Sewell Automotive Companies.

What is The Eye?

"Eye" is a 30-foot-tall sculpture by American artist Tony Tasset. It is modeled after the artist's own blue-iris eye. It anchors one of the most iconic outdoor event venues in the country which is operated by The Joule and available to rent for private parties, weddings, and corporate events. Email events@thejouledallas.com to inquire.

Can I bring my camera?

Of course! Photography is encouraged, but no equipment (ie. tripods, etc.) is allowed in the event. Images from the event are for non-commercial use only. To share your images, please tag @thejouledallas, @1530main and use #eyeboretum. We’d love to see them and reshare!
